Mike is the owner of Suburban Appraisal Company, located in Agawam MA. He has been a residential appraiser since 1994 and is a Certified Residential Appraiser in MA and CT. Mike holds the RA designation with the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and the ASA designation with the American Society of Appraisers. Mike has served on the MBREA’s Board of Trustees and was the MBREA President in 2020 and 2021.
Mikes clients include attorneys, accountants, financial institutions, realtors, municipalities, utility companies and private individuals. He is an expert witness in Hampden, Hampshire, Worcester and Berkshire Counties. He is a past adjunct instructor at Holyoke Community College, has been a presenter at MBREA’s Breakfast with the Experts, the Appraiser Expo and teaches courses for the MBREA.
